Cash in hand at the HSBC includes money that was held in a Nationwide
Account. Nationwide closed all accounts of the type we had and could offer
no alternative.
The Treasurer completed a ‘Safeguard Review’ for the HSBC, which took
some time!
The Treasurer thanked Graham Coulter for looking over the Accounts for the
Association and hopes he will continue this duty next year.
Acceptance of the Accounts was proposed by Chris Baldwick and seconded
by Stephen Mead.
Passed by a show of hands from the membership.

6. Election of Officers
The Officers of the Association are President, Chairman, Vice-Chairman,
Technical Chairman, Secretary / Treasurer. These Officers are elected each
year at the A.G.M. The following Officers are eligible for re-election or are
willing to be elected. President - Sally Kalis; Chairman - David Fox; Vice
Chairman - James Hoare; Technical Chairman - David Gredley;
Secretary/Treasurer - Nicky Henderson.
These officers were proposed by Patrick Farrell and seconded by Jeremy
Austin and then elected on block by a show of hands.

7. Election of National Committee
All the Committee members listed below are eligible for election or re-
election and have indicated that they are willing to be nominated.
Claire Locke (Representative for the Yarmouth fleet)
Stephen Mead (Cruiser/British Folkboat representative).
Kim Morley (Fleet captain & representative for the Hamble fleet).
Simon Osgood (NIFA representative).
Tony Smee.
Claire & Julian Sowry (Joint Captains representing the Lymington fleet).
These Committee members were proposed by Nick Ingram and seconded by
Jim Tennant and then elected on block by a show of hands.
