     guidelines changed.
     A Sessan Cup 2022 web site has been created, with the help of Simon Osgood, Chris
     encouraged members to have a look! Also in place are the dates, rules, venue,
     support from the Royal Lymington for racing in Christchurch Bay. Still needed is
     someone to look after ‘entertainment’ and social side, Teresa Fox offered to help.
     Claire Sowry has agreed to help with the accommodation side. Chris Baldwick
     thanked Simon Osgood for his help.
     David Gredley asked if it would be possible to have drone coverage of the racing
     Stephen Mead confirmed that it would be possible.

     Sally Kalis pointed out that 2022 being the 80  Anniversary of Folkboats it is hoped to
     make this a major event, we have some sponsorship already and have more in the
     pipeline. Chris Baldwick said there is money in the Nordic Fund to support the event

     and also it is the 100  Anniversary of the Royal Lymington. The international element
     of this regatta is very important. It is the UK Associations chance to show off FB racing
     in the UK and to this end we need to take every opportunity to promote the evert to
     the European fleets and make sure that everything is in place to make it a great
     event. Tony Smee said that the FB builders in Berlin were interested in the event.

     11.    2021 Season
     The Chairman said that the two Western Solent Clubs have co-ordinated their
     programme and racing is due to start on the 24  of April. The NORs are on the web

     sites. Racing will be white sail only initially until the guidelines change.
     Most Regattas are being planned as usual. Including Cowes Classic, Round the Island
     Race, Taittinger, Falmouth Week and Folkboat week
     It is hoped that the Cruisers will have some get togethers later in the year.

     12.    AOB
     The Chairman stated there had been no written questions submitted, he opened the
     meeting to questions from the members.
     Harry Hall asked if and how the guidelines would change when things opened up.
     The Secretary said that if and when the Government and thereafter the RYA
     guidelines changed so would the Associations recommendations. However, as we all
     race from Yacht Clubs, we much abide by their recommendations as well.
     Sally Kalis said that it is hoped that when the Government guidelines change in June,
     we will be able to get back to full crews and spinnakers, but she reminded the
